This prize-winning yellow Leyland Mini received a professional bare-shell respray in 2016, which is itemised in the car's good collection of invoices from 2014 onwards, when the present keeper took ownership. She tells us she's made sure the car gets driven to keep everything working. The history includes a CD containing photos of its restoration, and a certificate showing that it won its category at Baldock Classic Car Show in 2024. The latest receipt indicates that it has just been fitted with new wheel cylinders front and back, and a couple of tyres.
The Mini was a Category D insurance loss in 2000 but has been MoTed most years since DVLA records were digitised in 2005. It comes with a long MoT to 3rd August 2026, and its latest two tests were both passed with no advisories. Past and present V5Cs are included, showing that the car was first registered in August 1978. The odometer is showing 47,233 miles.
